Comprehensive around-the-clock travel assistance in Belgium: Serving the Capital of Europe

Like many places, strict Covid-19 restrictions have made travelling to Belgium challenging recently. However, as the second city with the highest international presence (after New York), Brussels, often dubbed the ‘Capital of Europe’, remains a magnet for visitors.

Brussels hosts the headquarters of both the European Union and NATO, making it a key destination for diplomats, business travellers, and expatriates. With approximately 5,000 diplomats and over 2,000 multinational organisations based here, reliable travel assistance in Belgium is crucial for ensuring a smooth experience for visitors.

To support our clients and their customers with comprehensive medical and vehicle-related assistance across Belgium, Travel Support Europe collaborates with a network of local and reputable partners. These providers are bilingual or multilingual to cater to Belgium’s diverse linguistic landscape.

Medical assistance

Our medical network in Belgium comprises various specialists, including GPs, dentists, physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons, radiologists, and psychologists.

Travel Support is an IAG Accredited Service Provider for on-call doctor services throughout Belgium and the Benelux region. Our partners offer face-to-face consultations at GP surgeries or hospitals, house calls, telephone consultations, and referrals, often arranging appointments within the same or next working day, with extended hours until 8 pm. We also organise medical transport, including road and air ambulances.

Roadside assistance

Our roadside assistance covers the entire country, with providers typically arriving within an hour. Beyond roadside help, we offer towing for all vehicle types, salvage services, transportation, and access to repair facilities.

Bicycle assistance

Travel Support offers bicycle assistance for all types, including electric, city, mountain, and specialist bikes. Our service providers respond directly to cyclists, providing on-site repairs or transporting the bike and cyclist to their destination if necessary.

Operations Centre

Our 24/7 operations team is multilingual and accessible by phone or email. They manage logistics, handle administrative tasks such as invoice verification and payment follow-ups, and can arrange onward transportation or accommodation as needed, including taxis, rental cars, and hotels.
