Medical Assistance

Air Ambulance Services

Following consultation with the treating doctor, and based on their advice, the TSH assistance team arrange the most suitably equipped aircraft and onboard crew for the patient. Our specialist air ambulance network covers the whole of Europe and has the capability to transfer critically ill or injured patients and those who require emergency evacuation.

We understand how daunting a medical emergency involving an air ambulance in a foreign country can be, so we coordinate all related logistical and administrative activities for those involved. This includes organising ground transfer to and from the aircraft, getting airport clearance, confirming departures, obtaining medical discharge notes, securing hospital admissions, and liaising and communicating with friends and family of the patient.

In circumstances when a medical escort is used, we also arrange hotel bookings, airport pick-ups and local transportation.

We have worked hard over the years to build long-term relations to guarantee our clients a high-quality and dependable air ambulance service because customer care and getting travellers back on track is most important to us.
