Travel Support’s  bicycle assistance providers go straight to the cyclist in  need,  and if they can’t fix the bike on-site, they take it, the cyclist and any accompanying travellers to a destination of their choice. 

Call-outs are for all types of bikes; electric, city, mountain, specialist. The use of expert mechanics provides reassurance that the bike repair is in good hands.

Like all our vehicle assistance services, help is available 24/7. Our Operations team’s in-depth local knowledge ensures the most appropriate assistance is always guaranteed. Fulfilling our mission to get travellers back on track as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We also arrange onward travel, replacement transport, or accommodation for stranded cyclists. All necessary paperwork, such as claims and invoices is also handled by us.

The bicycle assistance service is currently available in the Netherlands, Belgium and Scandinavia. We are in the process of expanding this service and will offer it in more countries soon.
