Business Development & Partnership Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re now looking for a Business Development & Partnership Manager to strengthen our commercial team. In this role, you’ll drive new business opportunities and expand strategic partnerships that shape the future of our growth across Europe.

The Role

We see significant potential for further growth in our core markets and are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients and expanding partnerships with insurers, assistance organizations, and mobility providers. This is a hands-on commercial role where you’ll be trusted to develop opportunities from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Europe.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with insurers, assistance providers, and mobility partners.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Represent Travel Support Europe at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Network & Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activity to support business strategy.

Key Requirements / What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within insurance, assistance, transport, logistics, or mobility sectors.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach.
  • You have an established network within the travel assistance or insurance industry
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel across Europe when needed.
